Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers are available for any dollar amount and may be used towards treatments, services or products in salon. We recommend using your voucher within 12 months as price increases may happen.
All sale or promotional gift vouchers (eg bonus value, discounted, christmas or mothers day packages) are strictly valid for 12 months from the
date of purchase. After this, the voucher may be used as it's sold dollar amount for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable for any reason and are not redeemable for cash.
24 Hours Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment with us, the time and therapist is booked exclusively for you.
All appointments are now required to be confirmed with card capture.
After booking, you will be sent a text message asking you to confirm your appointment. Our booking system is 100% safe, no money is taken at the time of booking and we cannot see your card details. Think of it like reserving a hotel room and then paying upon checkout.
We require 24 hours notice for ANY changes to, or cancelling of appointments. Changing, rescheduling or cancelling, for any reason, within 24 hours of your appointments start time will result in your card being charged 50% of the total value, and not showing up to your appointment will result in a 100% fee.
